New Features from TGV Lyria – The Comfort and Productivity Solution for Business Travel to Paris

24 Feb 2025 | Railway companies

The travel experience with TGV Lyria has been enhanced with new services for the 17 daily round trips connecting Geneva, Lausanne, Basel, and Zurich to the French capital, all aboard trainsets with a newly redesigned interior.

Passengers in the three renowned comfort classes – Standard, Première, and Première Signature – now enjoy a new WiFi portal featuring a wide range of content, including news articles, documentaries, and podcasts. Additionally, the new “Le Bistrot” bar car menu is available for online ordering, with seat delivery in First Class.

In Première Signature, the “La Table” menu now offers exceptional dishes, served on a plate. Michelin-starred Chef Michel Roth is now joined by Danny Khezzar, his former protégé, to create these gourmet meals. Customers in this class also benefit from exclusive content on the WiFi portal and express platform access at Paris Gare de Lyon.

Additional services will be introduced throughout the year, such as discounted parking reservations at Swiss train stations and special rates at coworking spaces near train stations.

Companies whose employees frequently travel between Switzerland and Paris can take advantage of preferential conditions with the Business Offer, which grants a 20% discount on flexible fares in Standard Class, or the Grand Account contract, providing negotiated rates in Première Signature Class.
