Qatar Airways voted best airline in the world for the ninth time

Qatar Airways has been crowned the world’s best airline for the ninth time by Skytrax at the World Airline Awards 2025.
This is an industry record, reinforcing its status as a benchmark for service quality.
The airline also won other prestigious awards, including Best Business Class and Best Business Lounge (Al Mourjan Lounge in Doha).

The Skytrax World Airline Awards is a benchmark in aviation, based on the votes of over 22 million passengers.

28 Additional Weekly Flights to Australia

Qatar Airways is delighted to announce that Virgin Australia, its strategic partner, will begin operations in Doha. This partnership will offer more choice to customers travelling to Australia.
From June 2025, Virgin Australia will launch flights between Australia and Doha, Qatar connecting with Qatar Airways’ extensive network. All Australian destinations will be served twice daily from Doha (Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane).
All flights will be operated by Qatar Airways.
