Seattle, Edelweiss’ new destination

Since June 2, 2025, Swiss airline Edelweiss has been offering a new summer destination from Zurich: Seattle, in the northwest of the USA.

An official inauguration was held at Zurich airport to celebrate this now direct, twice-weekly flight.

A new gateway to the Pacific Northwest

Seattle joins Tampa Bay, Las Vegas and Denver among the North American destinations served by Edelweiss from Zurich.

The route is operated by A340 (314 seats) every Monday and Saturday until September 15, 2025.

Renowned for its technological dynamism, alternative music scene and exceptional natural spaces, Seattle is an ideal city for a road trip in the great American outdoors.
From thePuget Sound archipelago to the surrounding national parks, there’s no shortage of opportunities to explore.
